We strongly encourage you to edit the copy in your email templates. Brands that showcase their unique voice in emails see higher submission rates and more engaged customers.
To edit a template, go to the Email templates section of the Moast app and select the template you want to edit.
Editing email templates
You can edit the subject line and copy in every section of the email. Changes are visible in real time on the right-hand side. Just remember to hit 'save' to keep your changes.
Variable reference
Variable references are placeholders that automatically pull specific data into your email templates. You can copy and paste these variables into your template to dynamically include personalized information.
For example:
{{customer.firstName}} will insert the customer's name.
{{product.name}} will insert the name of the product.
Be sure to use the variable reference guide on the left-hand side while editing your template to see all available options.
Things to know:
All variables will be populated with placeholder data.
Test emails will be populated with placeholder data.
