Follow these steps to remove linked tags from main folders:
Go to the File manager and position yourself at the root.
Hover the cursor over the main folder from which you want to remove tags and click on the checkbox in the column to the left of the folder's name.
Click on Tags.
Unlink the tags you want to remove from the folder.
Click Save.
