The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on May 25, 2018.

In compliance with the new regulation, our Data Processing Agreements (DPA) were updated for publishers and advertisers.

One of the key steps we have taken to help you be compliant is adding two new parameters to the ad request: ‘gdpr’ and ‘gdpr_consent’. Now, when you collect consent from users, you can transfer the information as to whether they are subject to GDPR and whether they consent or not. To ensure a smooth transition, we suggest you update (or integrate for the first time) our new, fully GDPR compliant SDK as well as your SDK adapters.
