I forgot my password. Can I get a new one?
Of course you can!
Did you sign up for Mobidea using an email and password and have also set a security question?
Then all you've gotta do is click on the "Forgot Password" link on Mobidea's login page and follow the steps.
The confirmation of your security question will be asked due to security reasons and then you’ll be able to set a new password.
Did you forget to set the security question or simply can’t remember what it is?
You need to send an email from your Mobidea account email to affiliate-service@mobidea.com
You need to ask the Affiliate Service to reset the security question and you have to request a new password.
After getting our email containing the info you need, you just have to log into your account using your new password, change it on the "Account" section, and set a new security question.
Did you sign up using Google+?
Google+ allows you to sign into Mobidea without a password.
In case you wanna have one, you need to inform our Affiliate Service by email, since the option to change passwords is obviously not available for your type of sign in.
Remember that your password and the answer to your security question can never be shared.
