If you are experiencing difficulties when activating a campaign but you have enough funds in your account to run that campaign, it might be due to our budget allocation limit.
This feature was added to help you be aware of your daily budget and to better manage your campaign spend.
How so?
Our budget allocation limit prevents you from activating additional campaigns when the sum of your campaigns’ daily budgets exceeds the total sum of your funds.
For example, if the total sum of the funds in your account is $100, you cannot have 6 campaigns running each with a daily budget of $20 as this would make the sum of your campaign’s daily budget (120$) exceed the total sum of your funds ($100).
But do not worry, if this happens there are several ways to fix it and get your campaign up and running.
The easiest way to surpass this, is to simply add more funds to your account so the total sum of your funds is greater than the sum of your campaigns’ daily budgets.
You can also choose to decrease the daily budget of one or more of your active campaigns or even to pause some of them. Both ways would reduce the sum of your campaigns’ daily budgets and enable you to activate your new campaign.
Another way to go is to reduce the daily budget of the campaign you’re trying to activate so the budget allocation limit is respected.
