Account type difference (Private/Company)

Account Types in Mobidea

As a publisher of Mobidea your account can be defined as a personal account or as a company.

Private Individual account

If your account is personal then the account is under your name. All invoices and payments are sent to you. You do not need to upload any invoices to be paid. To validate payments you will need an ID document and a proof of address.

Company Accounts

If your company is a company account then all payments and invoices will be in the company’s name. You will need to upload a Certificate of Incorporation, Personal document and an Invoice will be needed on all payments.

Can I change this status?

If your cashier is not unlocked yet then you can change this as long as no previous payments have been made. If however the cashier is unlocked or you have been paid before you need to contact your account manager. Due to KYC/AML regulations he will have to assist you with the transition.
