This article explains how admins can remove users' access to courses. If users have progressed in the class, only MobileServe employees have the ability to remove their course access. This is to prevent users from getting accidentally removed. Note: If users have any course progress, please reach out to MobileServe.
When users don't have any progress, these are the steps to remove users from courses:
Removing a User From Multiple Classes
1. Go to Manage > Users and search for the user
2. Click on the user to access their profile
3. The right side of the page lists the classes the user is currently enrolled in; click on the checkboxes next to the class names to select them
4. With the classes selected, click on Choose Action and then on Revoke to remove the user's access
5. The confirmation pop-up will appear; click OK to continue
Removing Multiple Users From a Class
1. Go to Manage > Classes and search for the class
2. Click on the class to open the class page
3. The right side of the page lists the users who are currently enrolled in that class; click on the checkboxes next to the users to select them
4. With the users selected, click on Choose Action and then on Revoke to remove the users' access
5. The confirmation pop-up will appear; click OK to continue
Note: if the courses are not removed, please email MobileServe with the user and class information.
