In order for an Admin to check on the progress of a particular class:
Navigate to the Academy: Log in and access the Academy section.
Select the Correct Group: Ensure you are in the appropriate Group.
Go to Reports: Open the Reports section.
Access Custom Reports: Select Custom Reports and filter as needed.
Form Reports: These are specific Forms throughout the course. All Short Answer Responses are created via Forms. Select the specific Form you are looking for, and then you can narrow down by Group and/or Class if Applicable.
Group Reports: These are high-level reports for a specific Group.
Activity and Step Completion Report
Class Progress Detail: Select the course, and then this report will give you a list of all the Users, date they were enrolled, number of steps they have completed and the amount of time they have spent on that particular course.
Full User List: every User assigned to a particular group
