If a supervisor is no longer receiving automated follow-up verification emails - meaning it has been longer than 30 days since a user listed their info on a service log, then you can manually resend the email by going to the service logs tab -> opening the log -> clicking "Send Reminder Now."

While goal data on user profiles used to only show progress bars, now admin will easily be able to see:

Previously, users had to go inside of a log on their activity tab in order to see what verification was present. Furthermore, if no verification was present, the area for that information was simply blank. Now, users can easily view all of that verification information from the activity screen, and they can now sort by approved, pending, and rejected hours!

Now when creating an event for your users, you have the option to fill in main contact details for the event, allowing your users to easily reach out to the correct person with any questions!

We’ve also recently added an extra layer of security regarding account setup when users claim accounts via social logins (Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Clever) or email. Users will now be required to verify their email address the first time they log in using one of these methods. This helps ensure account authenticity and protects user data.
