Admin: How do I manage my Service Logs? (Video)

Approve, Reject, Create, or Export a Service Log

From your Admin Dashboard, click on the SERVICE LOGS tab. To review individual logs for approval/rejection, follow these steps:

  • Click on the service log in question. This will bring up a window on the right side titled SERVICE LOG DETAILS.

  • Check to make sure your preferred verification method(s) was met.

    • Verification methods can missing, present, or unsuccessful.

  • Select the ACTIONS button. Select “Approve” or “Reject” in the dropdown.

  • You have the option of leaving a comment if you'd like!

  • If you Approve the log, a check mark will appear in the log.

  • If you Reject the log, a box will appear giving you the option to explain why you’ve rejecting the log (you are not required to comment). The user will receive an email with a link to the log and the explanation.

  • If rejected, the user can then edit their log and resubmit it for approval.
