From your Admin Dashboard, click on the SERVICE LOGS tab. To review individual logs for approval/rejection, follow these steps:
Click on the service log in question. This will bring up a window on the right side titled SERVICE LOG DETAILS.
Check to make sure your preferred verification method(s) was met.
Verification methods can missing, present, or unsuccessful.
Select the ACTIONS button. Select “Approve” or “Reject” in the dropdown.
You have the option of leaving a comment if you'd like!
If you Approve the log, a check mark will appear in the log.
If you Reject the log, a box will appear giving you the option to explain why you’ve rejecting the log (you are not required to comment). The user will receive an email with a link to the log and the explanation.
If rejected, the user can then edit their log and resubmit it for approval.
