Admin Can't Delete Hours
Because users can use MobileServe to track their hours for their own use, administrators cannot edit hours for a user. However, there are a few ways to keep your data accurate.
Reject a Log
Admins can reject the service log, and it will no longer count in the organization's total hours. It will also trigger an email to the user, in case they'd like to make changes or delete the log. This is most commonly used when a user needs to be notified of a rejection, often for edits.
Remove a Log From Organization
Go the Service Logs tab -> Click on the log in question -> Actions -- Remove log from organization. This will not send the log back for corrections (rejected logs can still be viewed on the Admin Dashboard), but will rather completely separate the service log from the organization. This is most commonly utilized when no changes can be made to the log (i.e. duplicate logs for one volunteer event).
Filter by Date
Most of the Dashboard pages give you an option to restrict the date range. The date filter applies to the data you can search and view as well as any data you export. So for example, if you only wanted to see this semester's data, you could add a start date of 08/01/21.
Also, individual members can delete any of their own logs by going to "Activity" then selecting the "x" next to the log they want to delete. Deleted logs will no longer show up in the Admin Dashboard.
