Kiosk Mode is a fantastic tool that can replace a pen and paper sign-in, sign-out process at your facility. To access Kiosk Mode follow the directions below:
First you'll need to make sure that you are at the Location level for the facility you want to check volunteers in and out of. Depending on your permissions, you may already be at the Location level, in which case you should see the "Kiosk Mode" option in your Dashboard.
If you do not see the Kiosk Mode link, you'll need to go to the Locations page. You should see a list of all of your Locations on this page. If you do not see any, Locations listed on the Locations page, you'll need to go back to the Intercom search page and search for "Create Location".
Once on the Locations page, click on the Location for which you'd like to access the Kiosk.
You should now see the Kiosk Mode button in the menu, click on this to access the Kiosk.
