When using the Mobile App, there is a limit to the number of 24 hours that you can add to a single service log.  However, this limit does not apply if you are using a web browser to access MobileServe.  Simply navigate to app.mobileserve.com (ideally in Google Chrome), then log in and click Start Serving.  You'll now be able to add as many hours as you'd like to a single log.
