Once you've created your opportunity, it is important as many potential volunteers see your opportunity as possible! Here's how the most successful nonprofits leverage the MobileServe platform:

  1. Opportunity Invites: You have the option to select who sees your opportunity when it is created. Ensure that your reach is as broad as possible by inviting all community partners and making your opportunity visible to all MobileServe users searching in your area.

  2. Maximize Community Partners: The Community Partner's feature allows organizations (high schools, corporations, universities) to indicate your events should go directly to their user's accounts. This is an important recognition that puts your opportunity in front of all users at the organization. The more organizations that indicate you are a trusted community partner, the more users will have your opportunities delivered directly to their accounts.

  3. Ensure Current Volunteers Use the MobileServe App: Having all volunteers using the MobileServe app allows you to communicate directly with existing volunteers, community partner users and others searching for volunteer opportunities in your area.
