Deactivating sub orgs is part of annual maintenance to keep your dashboard and reporting clean. For educational partners, this may mean deactivating class years as they graduate. For corporations, this may mean removing sub orgs for divisions who have restructured.

To deactivate a sub org:

  1. Log into your dashboard and proceed to the "Sub Orgs" tab.

  2. Identify the sub org to deactivate.

  3. Select the "Deactivate" button next to the sub org.

Deactivating prevents users in that sub org from logging future hours towards your program. They can always be added to another sub org to log hours if appropriate.

All previously logged hours will remain on your service log tab for future reference.

The sub org will then appear as [INACTIVE] at the bottom of your sub orgs tab.
