Many programs require service log verification by a service supervisor before approving any service log. A verification email is triggered when a user enters their service supervisor's name and email while inputting the details of their service log.

If your service supervisor did not receive an email, here are the top culprits:

  1. Misspelled Email Address: Please look at the email entered into the service log. Any misspellings and the email will not arrive at the proper inbox.

    • Editing a misspelled email address and resubmitting the log will send an email to the service supervisor!

  2. Email Filters: Many organizations have email filters in place. Please have your service supervisor look at their filters to ensure the email was not inadvertently caught in their filter.

    • Once found, please have the supervisor review your service log to verify the details are accurate!

  3. Inbox Search: Many service supervisors are pulled in multiple directions and may be catching up on email. Have your service supervisor search for an email from support@mobileserve.com to pull it to the top of their inbox.

    • Once found, please have the supervisor review your service log to verify the details are accurate!

Please be patient with your service supervisors who put a lot of work into impacting your community!
