If you are unable to login to your MobileServe account, there are a few options you have at your disposal.

First let’s make sure you’re trying to login correctly. If you utilized an SSO (single-sign-on) via a social login, then you need to click the appropriate icon (pictured below) associated with your account.

Let’s say you used your Google account when you signed up for MobileServe. If you click the Google icon on the login page and are prompted to enter a password you do not remember, then you must reset your password through Google, not MobileServe.
