Instructions for activating the Blackbaud roster sync can be found on your dashboard by going to your settings -> integrations -> Blackbaud. Here is a video that walks through the quick and easy setup:
Once your roster sync is active, you're able to setup your data sync in order to push service data directly into Blackbaud! (If you do no see the option to enable the data sync, you'll need to email support@mobileserve.org to get that feature added to your subscription.) Under the Data Settings tab, you'll see all necessary instructions for mapping your data sync, including links to Blackbaud support materials:
You're able to map up to three fields into Blackbaud, choosing specific date ranges for the fields as well as whether you want to send approved or pending hours:
The data sync only works moving forward once activated, so if you have previously approved data in MobileServe that needs to be pushed over, email support@mobileserve.org to let us know that you need a historic sync of you service data!
