How do I bring on new students with my roster sync? (PowerSchool, Veracross, Blackbaud)

In order to onboard a new cohort of students through one of the MobileServe roster syncs, you'll need to first create a new sub-org. When creating your sub-org, be sure to follow the naming convention in place, as sub-org titles must be unique across the entire platform. For example, "JBS: Class of 2027" rather than simply "Class of 2027."

Next, you'll go to your settings -> integrations -> then you will click on the relevant student information system.

Once you're viewing the roster sync settings, you will map the corresponding graduation year to the new sub-org.

NOTE: If the box labeled "Notify students via email of their new MobileServe account" is checked, then the system will automatically roll out to new users once the sync runs. If you'd like to roll out to students later, you'll leave that box unchecked. Then, you can follow these instructions to manually send out the invitation email at a later time.
