You can delete your MobileServe user account in one of two ways:
By emailing support@mobileserve.org (or messaging in via the support chat) requesting an account deletion. You will be asked for confirmation, and your account/data (profile/service logs) will be permanently deleted.
You can go to your account settings -> delete account. This action will schedule your account for deletion after thirty days. During the thirty days, you can manually unlock the account by logging in via a web browser, or you can message support to have the account unlocked.
