Academy: I can’t claim my account via email due to my school's email system blocking the invitation.

I am not receiving an email to claim my MobileServe account.

If your school's email system will not allow you to receive the invitation email, you can claim your account a few different ways:

  1. Reach out to MobileServe support (support@mobileserve.org) and we can either change your account to a personal email address instead.

  2. If you know whether or not your school uses Google or Microsoft, then you can use Social Auth login to claim/access the account.
