Open Live Mode
Open the Conveyor app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap the Live Mode icon in the bottom toolbar.
Connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer
Connect Conveyor to your computer using either Conveyor QR or Conveyor USB.
Conveyor QR: Connect by scanning the QR code displayed on your Mac or Windows computer.
Conveyor USB: Connect using your Conveyor USB device.

Place Your Cursor
On your computer, click inside the field where you want your dictated text to appear.
Make sure you can see the blinking cursor before you begin dictating.
You can use Live Dictation in your EHR or anywhere else you can normally type.
Start Dictating
In the Conveyor app, tap the microphone button and begin speaking.
Your dictated text will appear at the cursor on your computer within seconds.
Tips for Live Dictation
Always click into the correct text field before you begin speaking.
Confirm that Conveyor is connected to your computer before starting.
Use Voice Commands to add punctuation, formatting, or make edits while you dictate.
Add frequently used names, medications, or specialty terms to Custom Vocabulary to improve recognition.
Once you’re finished, you can stop dictation in either of two ways:
Tap the microphone button again.
Say the voice command “Stop dictation.”
