When editing an Encounter template, you'll see a format icon on the right side of most AI sections.
To change the format, simply tap the icon to cycle through the available options:
Paragraph
Bulleted List
Numbered List
Continue tapping the icon until your preferred format is displayed.
Your selection tells Conveyor AI how to organize the information it generates for that section of your note.
