Included below are tips to customize your account further within Mobius Settings:

  1. Selecting a Specialty - Choose from over 50+ speech specialties to ensure accurate dictation. To update your specialty go to Mobius Settings > User Preferences > Speciality.

  2. Tags - Help organize your Templates and Memos by adding Tags. You can locate a complete listing within Mobius Settings > User Preferences > Tags.

  3. Enable Face ID and Touch ID - To enable Face ID or Touch ID to login without entering in your PIN code, go to Mobius Settings > User Preferences and toggle over to enable the Auto PIN.

  4. Conveying Memos Title - If you'd like to title the Memo added to your transfer go to Mobius Settings > Memos and toggle over on Convey Title.

  5. Managing Devices - If you have multiple USB's you can always rename the devices within the Conveyor USB section of Mobius Settings.

  6. Mic Boost - If you're getting the pop up of "too soft" or "too loud" or would like to test out your microphone, go to Mobius Settings > Accessibility > Input Levels. From there, start speaking to test it out and follow the directions listed below the amplification factor to make further customizations.

You can also customize your account by adding in new Vocabulary and Templates.

  1. Vocabulary - Mobius understands medical terminology out of the box. However, things like hospital names or referring physician last names may not be recognizable. Follow these simple steps to update your Vocabulary in Conveyor.

  2. Templates - Create text shortcuts that get replaced with longer, more detailed pieces of text. Templates are an efficient way to document visits without retyping common or generic clinical notes. Learn more here.

  3. Universal Clipboard - If you're using a Mac computer, you can utilize Apple's Universal Clipboard functionality to seamlessly copy text from the computer and paste it into your i-device. Use this when you want to transfer Templates that you've already created on the computer and easily transfer them to your Mobius account.
