How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

How to manage or cancel your subscription to Mobius Conveyor.

This article describes how to update or cancel your subscription to Mobius Conveyor.

Within the Mobius Conveyor app:

  1. Go to Mobius Settings > "Your Subscription"

  2. Tap on "Manage Subscription"

  3. On the following screen, select the action you'd like to perform. You can cancel your subscription here, or, if you use our internal billing system and are not paying through the App Store, update payment information, as well.

Cancelling outside of the Mobius Conveyor app:

  1. Go to your device's Settings App

  2. Tap on your name (located at the top)

  3. Tap on Subscriptions

  4. Under the active section, tap on Mobius Conveyor

  5. From there, you can tap Cancel Subscription to terminate it
