Redeem a Coupon

If you've received a coupon, follow these directions to redeem it within Mobius Conveyor.

If you've received a coupon for Mobius Conveyor, it's easy to redeem it within the application.

If you're an individual subscriber, you'll see the coupon discount listed on your next invoice. If you're a subscriber on an enterprise subscription plan through your practice and you apply a coupon, we'll automatically inform your billing contact of the discount in cases where they pass the cost on to you through internal accounting.

To apply a coupon, simply follow these steps:

Option 1: Manual Entry

  1. Go to "Settings" inside Mobius Conveyor.

  2. Tap on "Your subscription."

  3. On this screen, tap on "Redeem coupon."

  4. Enter the coupon code here, or, scan the coupon QR code, if one is available.

  5. Tap "Save."

Option 2: QR Code Entry

  1. On the device where Mobius Conveyor is installed, open the Camera app.

  2. Point your device at the coupon QR code.

  3. A pop-up message will appear offering to "Open Mobius Conveyor." Tap there.

  4. Tap "Save."

That's it! You'll see a message on-screen indicating the coupon was successfully applied. If a message says the coupon isn't valid, ensure you're applying a coupon that belongs to you (for example, if the coupon was sent to you as a result of a user referral, ensure you're the intended recipient).

On your next invoice, there will be a line item reflecting the coupon's application. If you need any help, please don't hesitate to reach out to us in the app.
