Service Provider (SP)-Initiated Authentication (SSO) Flow
Automatic creation of user accounts for Mobius Conveyor when Single Sign-On is initiated by your Okta users
Note: Mobius Conveyor's integration with Okta leverages Okta only for authentication. Dictation licenses can be optionally assigned upon login. Deactivation of licenses is performed by a designated administrator within the Mobius Conveyor iOS application or by messaging your account manager.

Install the Mobius Conveyor application in your Okta instance
The Okta Single Sign-On integration is only available for Practices on Enterprise plans
Ensure that your users' email addresses are all issued on your company's domain
Complete the steps below
Configuration steps
To install the application in your Okta instance, search for Mobius Conveyor by browsing the Okta App Catalog. To access the Okta App Catalog, navigate in your Okta instance to the Applications menu, and then select the Application sub-menu. Now select Browse App Catalog.
After installing the application in your Okta instance (via the Okta Application Integration Network), you need to obtain information to provide Mobius MD.
Gather information from Okta
In the Okta admin page, click on the Mobius Conveyor application and then navigate to the Sign On tab
Copy the values of Client ID and Client secret (click the eye button to toggle the visibility)
There should be a section that contains a link titled OpenID Provider Metadata. Click this link. In the JSON document shown, look for a key titled “issuer” and copy the URL value. This field may not be present for some users.
Send the information to Mobius MD
Once you have all the information (summarized below), please email it to your Mobius Conveyor account manager.
Client ID
Client Secret
Issuer URL, if present
Mobius MD support will handle your request and get back to you once the integration is configured.
Assign People or Groups
To give people or groups access to Mobius Conveyor, click the Assignments tab under the configured Mobius Conveyor app in your Okta instance, then click Assign.
Leveraging Groups is recommended to assign access. If assigning access to People, ensure the User Name is a valid email.
Assigned users (via group or directly) will now be able to log into Mobius Conveyor via SSO by downloading the application from the iOS App Store and selecting "Sign in with Enterprise" after opening the app.
Logging in to Mobius Conveyor using SSO
Open Mobius Conveyor on your iOS device
Tap "Sign in With Enterprise"
Type your enterprise e-mail address and tap Continue
Follow the prompts to sign in with your existing enterprise credentials
