If you attempt to scan the Mobius Conveyor QR code, but the app does not recognize the QR code, try these simple fixes.

Confirm that you are running the software called "Mobius Conveyor QR" software, not "Mobius Desktop Scribe".

Check the time settings on your computer.

The time must be correct and set to the correct timezone in order for the Mobius Conveyor app to scan the QR code. If you go to the website, time.is, you'll see a report of the time settings.
