Within the app's Settings menu (gear icon), you can customize your Encounters preferences under the "Encounters" section.

Encounter Templates: Choose between App Default and User Templates. App Default templates are available to all users. You can create custom Encounter templates easily here. To learn how to create custom Encounter Templates, please see this article.

Patient Details: Toggle this option if you want to include the patient's name, DOB, and preferred pronouns in existing charts. To learn more about how to use Patient Details, please see this article.

Prefer Carousel Mode: Toggle this option if you want to convey each summary section separately. Disable this option if you want to convey the entire Encounter summary. To learn more about how to Convey sections to your computer, please see this article.

Convey Section Titles: Toggle this option if you want the section titles to be included when you convey the Encounter summary to your computer.
