Customize Your Encounter Settings
In Conveyor AI, go to Settings > Encounters to customize your general Encounter preferences.
From here, you can manage your Encounter Templates and choose how patient details, Encounter summaries, and section titles behave by default.
Encounter Templates
Choose which templates are available when creating an Encounter. Use App Default templates provided by Conveyor AI or User Templates you've created and customized. Learn how to create a custom Encounter Template.
Patient Details
Turn this on to include the patient's name, date of birth, and preferred pronouns when adding Patient Details from an existing chart. Learn more about using Patient Details.
Shortcut Action
Choose the behavior of the button in the upper-right corner of an encounter.
Carousel ModeConvey each AI section of your encounter summary individually. After you tap Convey, the carousel automatically advances to the next section.

Convey All TextConvey all sections of your Encounter summary to your EHR at once.

Copy All TextCopy your entire Encounter summary to your iOS device's clipboard so you can paste it wherever needed. |

Convey Headers
Toggle this option if you want the section titles to be included when you convey the Encounter summary to your computer.
Show Carousel Live Mic
Turn this on to display the Live Mic in Carousel Mode, allowing you to dictate additional information while reviewing and conveying sections of your Encounter summary.
