If you've started an Encounter and want to make changes, tap the three dots next to the Encounter name.

Show Section Carousel - opt for a carousel-style view to navigate and edit the generated summary section by section.
Change Encounter Template - select a different template to use during the encounter. You'll need to re-generate the summary if you've already generated it with the previous template.
Reset Audio - if you decide not to use the audio you've captured, you can use the "Reset Audio" to start clear the audio and start a new audio process.
Clear All Text - delete the Encounter summary text, including any edits and added dictations.
Delete Encounter - remove an Encounter by tapping 'Delete Encounter.' Access deleted Encounters within 'Recently Deleted Encounters' in the search bar for up to 6 days after deletion.
