Tap the Memos icon in the bottom-left corner of the tab bar.

Tap Add in the upper-right corner.

Enter the memo title on the first line.

The first line will automatically appear as the memo title in bold. Tap Return on the keyboard to move the cursor into the body of the memo before you begin dictating.

Tap the dictation microphone and begin speaking. Your dictated text will appear in the memo as you speak.

Your new memo will appear in the list view.

Your memo will remain available in the Memos list so you can return to it later.

When you’re ready, you can convey the memo into your EHR or other software.
