When you are done with the ride, you must park and lock the bicycle at one of the parking/Sheffield stand marked on the in-app map as a green square. UCD Northeastern MUST be returned to Smurfit Campus.

For Moby Pedal bikes, put the cable over a Sheffield stand and use the loose end to go through the lock.

You have to make sure that the bike is parked correctly and that it is not obstructing the paths of pedestrians or other vehicles. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO LOCK ON POLES, FENCES, LAMP POSTS, RAILINGS OR LEFT UNLOCKED.

When the bike is parked correctly, you have to press the "END RENT" button in the app.
You will be asked to do a photo verification of the parked bike. After you snap a photo, you submit it and the ride will end automatically followed by a sound from the bike. You will receive a pop-up confirmation that the bike was successfully returned. The customer MUST be beside the bike during the whole process with the app opened because it uses the GPS location and internet of the phone.

In case the app does not work, please close your app, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again.

Customers MUST return the bike and end the ride within the stations marked in the app at the time of ending their rental until 00:00. Bikes left outside the parking area mentioned above will incur a 30EUR penalty.

Please note that UCD and UCD Northeastern are two different schemes. UCD has 2 stations (UCD Campus and Smurfit Campus), while UCD Northeaster has only 1 station (UCD Business School). Please check the app and stations before renting the bike and do not mix the bikes and stations.
