When you are on a ride and want to stop for a break or pop in for a cuppa, lock the bike to a bike stand using the cable lock around, for pedal bikes, and press pause within the app.

Pausing is absolutely crucial while you are taking a break as it locks the bike and alarms them to ensure deterrence to anyone but you moving the bike.

During your trip you can lock your bike by using the PAUSE option (charges apply during the Pause).

When you want to get back on, just hit start in the app again and it will unlock the bike.
