To maintain safe and orderly public bike parking, our system automatically reviews the photo you submit at the end of your journey. If your bike is parked in violation of our parking guidelines, a €30 fine will be applied.

Why Proper Parking Matters

Incorrectly parked bikes can:

  • Disrupt public spaces and other road users.

  • Violate our agreements with local authorities.

How to Avoid Parking Fines

To avoid fines, ensure you:

  1. Park Only at Public Bike Stands: Use bike racks located on public property within our operating zone.

  2. Submit a Clear and Valid Photo:

    • The bike must be visibly locked to a public bike stand.

    • The lock should be clearly seen in the photo.

    • The photo must not be out of focus, too dark, or taken from an angle where the lock isn’t visible.

Common Violations That Result in Fines

  • Parking at a bike stand but failing to lock the bike.

  • Submitting a photo where the lock cannot be seen clearly.

  • Uploading a photo that is blurry or too dark to verify proper parking.
