Here's a clear breakdown of our pricing structure to help you get started:
New Summer Promo Pricing – Effective May 2
For a limited time this summer, MOBY rides are just €1.99 per ride, and that includes your first 20 minutes of ride time. After that, it’s just €0.25 per additional minute.
There’s no unlock fee under this promotion — just pay €1.99 to start riding.
This offer applies to Pay As You Go (PAYG) trips and is available for a limited time while we prepare to launch our new Ride Passes.
The standard pricing outlined below remains in place for reference and will resume once the summer promotion ends.
Unlocking and First Minute
Unlock Fee: Each time you start a ride, there’s a €1 unlock fee for both e-bikes and pedal bikes.
Free First Minute: Your first minute is always free, giving you time to unlock and inspect the bike for any damage before you start your journey.
Ride Costs
E-Bikes (Grey): €0.25 per minute.
Charges apply on a per-minute basis, even if the bike is paused during your ride.
Daily Cost Caps
E-Bikes: €60.00 per day (maximum).
Wallet Balance Requirements
A minimum wallet balance of €5 is required to start a ride.
We recommend maintaining a wallet balance between €10 and €30, to avoid your card been debited for the cost of a ride.
Parking and Ending Your Ride
Parking Rules:
Always lock your bike securely at a public bike stand.
End your journey in the app by submitting a clear photo of the bike locked to the stand.
Failure to follow these steps may result in a €30 fine.
