To maintain safe and orderly public bike parking, our system automatically reviews the photo you submit at the end of your journey. If your bike is parked in violation of our parking guidelines, a €30 fine will be applied.

How to Avoid Parking Fines
To avoid fines, ensure you:
1. Park in the correct place
•When out and about park only at Public Bike Stands and when ending your journey, park back at the eHub charge station where you started your journey.
2. Submit a Clear and Valid Photo
•The bike must be visibly locked to the bike stand at the eHub. etc
Common Violations That Result in Fines
Parking at a bike stand but failing to lock the bike.
Submitting a photo where the lock cannot be seen clearly.
Uploading a photo that is blurry or too dark to verify proper parking.
Photo Examples
The ebike or ecargobike must be visitble locked to the bike stand at the eHub.
The lock should be clearly seen in the photo.
The photo must not be out of focus.
Contesting a Fine
If you believe a fine was applied in error, you can contact us via the messanger in the app to have your case reviewed.
