From May 20th, 2025, MOBY is offering a €10 ride credit to eligible new users as part of a limited-time promotional campaign. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility

    • The €10 ride credit is available only to new users who register a MOBY account for the first time on or after May 20th, 2025.

    • Users who previously registered and subsequently deleted their account or uninstalled the app are not eligible for this promotion if they re-register using the same or different credentials.

  2. Account and Payment Requirements

    • To use the MOBY service, all users (including those receiving promotional credit) must:

      • Add a valid payment card to their account before their first rental.

      • Maintain a minimum wallet balance of €5 in order to unlock and ride a bike.

    • The €10 promotional credit does not count toward the required minimum wallet balance.

  3. Usage Rules and Limitations

    • Ride credit will be automatically added to the wallet of eligible users upon successful registration.

    • The ride credit can be used toward the cost of MOBY bike rentals but cannot be:

      • Withdrawn as cash

      • Transferred to another user

      • Used to pay for other MOBY services (unless explicitly stated)

    • Example scenario: If a user registers and takes three rides of less than 20 minutes (each costing €1.99), their wallet balance will be reduced to approximately €4.03. Before taking a fourth ride, the user will be prompted to top up by at least €5, resulting in a new balance of €9.03, of which €4.03 is remaining promotional credit.

  4. Expiry and Termination

    • MOBY reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

    • Misuse of this promotion, including multiple account creation or other forms of fraud, may result in forfeiture of promotional credit and/or account suspension.
