When you are on a ride and want to stop for a break or pop in for a cuppa, lock the bike to a stand using the combination lock for E-bikes and the cable lock for pedal bikes, and press pause within the app.

Pausing is absolutely crucial while you are taking a break as it locks the Moby E-bikes digitally and alarms them to ensure deterrence to anyone but you moving the bike.

When you want to get back on, just hit start in the app again and it will unlock the bike.
