You must end the ride back at the Sport Ireland Campus at one of the in-app marked virtual stations.

Park the bike correctly as mentioned in the previous article and press stop in the app.

For Moby e-bikes, simply end the ride in the App and lock using the combination lock.

The app will prompt you to take an in-app picture to ensure you are not liable after ending your ride. Ensure you take a clear picture showing your parking and locked E-bike correctly.

Then press submit, this will end your ride and generate your receipt as well.

Ps: The customer MUST be beside the bike during the whole process with the app opened because it uses the GPS location and internet of the phone.

In case the app does not work, please close your app, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again.
