When you have successfully guided yourself to the closest bicycle, you can easily unlock it, by tapping the "scan QR code button" in the app.

A camera mode will open, and you should point your phone to the QR code on the handlebars or on the rear mudguard on the bicycle.

When you scan the code, you will hear the unlocking sound after a few seconds. Sometimes the spokes of the back wheel are touching the lock, or the last customer did not close it tidy enough. So you need to move and shake the bike a little bit. If the lock still doesn't open, you need to press Unlock and scan the QR Code again, so the bike will open.

In case of the lock does not open, please close your App, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again.

Congratulations! The bike is now rented and you can start biking... Oh, one more thing... before you start please make sure that the bike is in good condition. If you see any problems with the bike, lock the bike back and end the rental in under 3 minutes and you won't get any charges and you can report the condition to us and pick a different bike.
