When you are done with the ride, you must park and lock the bicycle at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel parking stand marked in the in-app map as a green square. For Moby e-bikes, simply end the ride and lock using the combination lock.

You have to make sure that the bike is parked correctly and that it is not obstructing the paths of pedestrians or other vehicles.

When the bike is parked correctly, you have to press the "END RENT" button in the app.

You will be asked to do a photo verification of the parked bike.

After you snap a photo, you submit it and the ride will end automatically followed by a sound from the bike. You will receive a pop-up confirmation that the bike was successfully returned.

In case the app does not work, please close your app, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again.

The customer MUST be next to the bike during the entire process. Before stepping away from the bike, make sure that you have received the End confirmation message and that you do not have any rentals running.
