When you are done with the ride, you must park and lock the bicycle at one of the Eastpoint Business Park parking/Sheffield stand marked on the in-app map as a green square.

To lock the bikes, put the cable over a sheffield stand and use the lose end to go through the lock and end the rental.

You have to make sure that the bike is parked correctly and that it is not obstructing the paths of pedestrians or other vehicles.

When the bike is parked correctly, you have to press the "END RENT" button in the app.

You will be asked to do a photo verification of the parked bike.

After you snap a photo, you submit it and the ride will end automatically followed by a sound from the bike. You will receive a pop-up confirmation that the bike was successfully returned.

In case the app does not work, please close your app, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again.

Customers MUST return the bike within the green zone marked in the mapped area within the app at the time of ending your rental until 00:00.

The business park employees MUST end your trip back at the business park green zone until 00:00 (inside Eastpoint, Docklands Dart Station, The Point - LUAS Station, or Clontarf Dart Station).

Bikes left outside the parking area mentioned above will incur a 30EUR penalty.

The customer MUST be next to the bike during the entire process. Before stepping away from the bike, make sure that you have received the End confirmation message and that you do not have any rentals running.
