When you are standing beside a bike, you can easily unlock it, by tapping the "scan QR code button" at the bottom of the app home screen

A camera mode will open, and you should point your phone to the QR code on the handlebars or on the rear of the bike. When you scan the code, you will hear the unlocking sound after a few seconds.

For e-bikes the combination lock will still be locked to the bike stand, the combination lock code is displayed on the app screen (the code is in the name of the bike) as soon scan the bike, use it to unlock the bike from the bike stand.

Sometimes the spokes of the back wheel are touching the wheel lock. So you need to move and shake the bike a little. If the lock still doesn't open, you need to press Unlock and scan the QR Code again, so the bike will open. In case of the lock does not open, please close your App, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again, or alternatively try another bike.
