Sometimes due to a network interruption, the lock information doesn't reach your app in time and you can receive an error that tells you that the rental cannot be ended as the lock is open even though you can see the lock is closed correctly.
In this case, click on "Unlock bike" on your home screen and scan the lock again and this will open the lock for you.
Try this twice and if that doesn't work, the error might be mechanical. Once you are able to open the lock again, close it again and that should resolve the issue for you and allow you to end the ride.
