Yes, this is a condition of your rental to park and lock the bike by securing it with the cable / combination lock at a public bike stand.

Our e-bikes have a combination lock (the code for the lock is in the name of the bike in app). Use the combination to unlock the bike from the stand and lock it again with the combination at the end of your ride.

Our pedal bikes have a digital lock on the rear wheel, at the end of your ride, secure the bike putting the cable around a public bike stand and back into the lock and closing it.

If you are taking a break during your rental, you will also need to the secure the bike with the combination / cable lock. Always lock a MOBY bike when you are leaving it unattended as losing the bike will incur a penalty.

Note: MOBY pedal bikes have cable locks that don't require a code as the cable is passed through the digital lock but MOBY e-bikes have combination locks, the code for the combination is in the name of the bike you have rented.
