After you have parked at the eHub, lock and charge the bike before ending your ride in the app. Once you have parked the bike correctly and locked it (COMBINATION LOCK + REAR WHEEL LOCK) as per the instructions, press the "end trip" button in the app.
Please return the bike to the eHub charge station where you initially picked it up and charge it for the next user.
The in-app camera will open for you to take a picture of the correctly parked and locked bike. Take a clear picture (you can retry as many times as you like if you are not happy with the picture quality) and press "Submit and End". Now in app you will not see the active trip anymore, this means that your trip has successfully ended in the app.
How to Charge: To charge an electric bike, simply place the bike's kickstand on the yellow pad located on the charging tile.
The tile light will turn blue when the bike is charging.
The green light means that the bike is fully charged.
The yellow light means that the bike is not charging. Try placing the kickstand on the yellow pad again making sure to cover the yellow pad with the base of the kickstand.

For the ecargobike please ensure the rear lock on the wheel is closed.
