The MoCaFi Mobility Debit Mastercard® does not charge fees to make purchases. The MoCaFi card can be used to make purchase everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted.
MoCaFi Bank Accounts and Debit Cards can be used without any fee to:
get early direct deposit* of approved employer and government benefits checks
make cash withdrawals at 55,000 Allpoint ATM Networks
load cash at over 20,000 major retailers on the VanillaDirect Network, including Dollar General and Family Dollar
load approved paper checks in the app with Ingo™ Money**
The only fees that MoCaFi charges are:
$1.98 for ATM withdrawals that are not in the Allpoint network
$1.98 + 3% for International ATM withdrawals not in the Allpoint network
$5.95 monthly inactivity fee after your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months. This fee starts on the first day of the 13th calendar month that your card is inactive. We will refund this fee to you upon your written request to us made within 12 months of the date the fee was assessed

The MoCaFi Debit Card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. The card may be used everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Account Agreement.
*Early Direct Deposit claim is based on a comparison of our policy making funds available upon receipt of payment instruction versus the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. Fraud prevention may delay availability of funds with or without notice. Early availability of funds requires payor’s support of direct deposit and is subject to the timing of payor’s payment instructions.
**The Ingo Money service is provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card or account. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card or account. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for data usage.
