My series will not publish or is not visible

You can manage your series' visibility from Create → Your series → open the series → ⋯ (Series options).

Finish episode requires at least 3 rendered scenes. Scenes 1, 2 and 3 must all have completed renders. You can preview a single rendered scene, but Preview episode does not publish it or bypass this requirement.

If you see “The first 3 scenes need finished renders first”, check those three scene cards. A proposed, rendering or failed scene is not a completed render. Extra scenes are optional, but there must not be an unrendered gap before a later rendered scene. A public series also needs its poster before finishing.

If all three required scenes show completed renders and finishing still fails, share the series, episode and exact message in your existing support conversation. Do not repeatedly rerender completed scenes to investigate.

Choose Make private to remove your series from public community viewing. This is different from deleting the series; you can still manage your own work from Your series.

Choose Make public to change a private series' visibility. If Mochi says Draw a poster first, create the series poster before trying to make it public. Making a series public does not guarantee that it will be featured.

If Mochi says your series was hidden by moderation, its community copy has been removed from public viewing. This does not by itself mean your creator project has been deleted. Look for your work under Create → Your series.

The series may show Private whether you made it private yourself or moderation hid it. That label alone does not explain the reason. Use the notice or message you received to identify a moderation action.

For a moderation-hidden series, Make public opens an appeal prompt instead of automatically making it public. Choose Appeal to ask support to review it. If you are already chatting with us, keep the request here.

Private and moderation-hidden series are not available to other people through their community share links. Copy link and Share show are available from Series options when the series is shareable. A broken link, a private series, and a series missing from a featured area are different situations.

Tell us the series title or link and the exact status/message you see, plus what you want to happen. Include any attempted change you have already made. A screenshot is helpful, but a written description is fine.

If you want a review of a moderation action, the team will assess your individual series. We cannot promise approval or featuring. Please do not repeatedly rerender or republish to bypass a restriction. A Gem purchase or selected pack does not confirm approval to publish particular content.
