Tell us what you want to accomplish and where you are in Mochi. For example: “I want to change an episode title” or “I want to keep my series private.” This helps us give you the relevant steps or collect the right details for a closer look.
You can delete your own series in Mochi. See How to delete or discard a series for the in-app steps, confirmation warning and help if the control fails. A series-deletion question is not a feature suggestion.
For an actual feature suggestion, tell us what you want to accomplish and what currently gets in the way. Send it in your existing support conversation, or start one through Profile → Support if needed.
If an option is missing or does not work, tell us the screen you are on and what happens when you try. Include the affected series or episode when relevant. A screenshot and app version can help, but a written description is fine. If you already tried the suggested step, let us know so we can carry that information forward.
For help setting or updating episode titles, send the series title or link, episode number(s) and exact title you want for each episode. Our team can review the requested changes. If the creation chat said it changed a title but the episode list still shows the old one, mention that too.
For a limit question, be specific about the scope: characters saved in a series, characters in one scene, scenes in an episode, or draft series in your account. These are different limits. Use the limit displayed in your current app while support checks.
A feature discussed in an older conversation may still be in development, and feedback does not establish a release date. If the missing control leaves existing work stuck or unusable, explain that impact so the team can treat the problem separately from the suggestion.
